Here is an overview of the development of SAMINCHAY Resort km 82:

In November 2024, the property at "Chacco Mollepunku 122-B" in Piscacucho was offered to Heide for purchase.

This happened even before she had begun actively looking for a property in the Sacred Valley herself.

All the conditions were right, so she purchased the property; the transaction was legally finalized in January 2025 via a notarized contract and registration in the official Sunarp registry.

  • February/March: Opening and Sunarp registration of the Peruvian company "SAMINCHAY Resort km 82"

  • April/May: Start of initial construction work: Demolition of the old house Construction of the perimeter wall (marking the property's outer boundary)

  • May – July: Preparing to emigrate from Germany Preparing to immigrate to Peru

  • July 24, 2025: Flight from Amsterdam to Lima for permanent relocation to Peru, accompanied by Heide’s two dogs, Dobby and Percy

  • September – December: Construction of Heide’s private home

(built entirely using traditional methods with Adobe bricks and earth-cement mortar)

  • January 2026: Moving into the house

  • January – August: Continuation of minor construction work on the house (much of it carried out by Heide herself)
